Information and consent
We request your name, email address, optional phone number, practice area and a brief enquiry. Submission requires your express authorisation for this purpose. This consent is not used for advertising. Please avoid sensitive information or third-party data in your initial message.
Service providers
Vercel hosts this website. When the contact form is enabled, Resend processes delivery of enquiries to the firm’s email. These providers may process information outside Chile according to their infrastructure and service terms. We do not sell contact information.
Retention and security
We retain enquiries for as long as needed to address them and meet applicable obligations. Access is limited to staff who need the information and service providers involved in processing it. The form does not store your enquiry in the browser; received emails are subject to the firm’s security measures.
Your rights
You may request information, access, correction, deletion or blocking where applicable under Chilean Law No. 19,628, and withdraw consent for future processing, by writing to oficina@cadizlegal.cl. We may request information needed to verify your identity. Law No. 21,719 takes effect on 1 December 2026; this notice will be reviewed for that transition.
Cookies and professional engagement
This version does not include third-party advertising or analytics tools. Hosting services may process technical logs needed to operate and protect the website. Sending an enquiry does not constitute acceptance of an engagement or automatically create an attorney-client relationship.
