Experience

His practice at CÁDIZ Legal focuses on implementing technology-based legal solutions (LegalTech) using applied AI, in criminal and corporate compliance, technology contracting and personal data protection. He also develops instructional design solutions for regulatory matters, speaks at conferences and publishes in specialist law and technology journals.

Previously, he was an associate at Colombara Estrategia Legal (2025–2026) and a writer for Diario Constitucional on data protection and technology matters (2024–2025). He worked in the Compliance, Sustainability and Environment Submanagement of Grupo Falabella-Sodimac (2023); at LEXI (LegalTech) (2022–2023); and at Estudio Jurídico Roberto Zúñiga y Cía. (ERZU) (2022–2023).

Education

Lawyer, degree in Legal Sciences, Universidad Mayor (2025). Completed an academic exchange at Universidad de Deusto, Spain, studying Law and ICT, Telecommunications and European Union Law. Completed the Diploma in Regulatory Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing, and Information Security at TOP Compliance México (2026). Diploma in Security and Data Protection at the School of Engineering of Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (2026).
